Surrey Churches
Ride & Stride

Every year, Surrey Churches Preservation Trust, host an annual charity Ride & Stride both on bikes and walking on Saturday 13th of September to raise money for both the Trust and the participating churches, split in half. 

​

Anyone and everyone can take part, church goers or not, using any means of transportation eg. car, mobility scooter, feet, cycling or even horse! And even if this seems too tiring and too much effort, there are other ways to get involved by sponsoring members of the congregation or volunteer to be on hand to welcome or check in participants as they visit the churches throughout the day as encouragement.

Whether you are participating or not you can still get involved.

SPONSORING

If you are looking to participate, sign up below and gather as many sponsors as possible to fill out the form to help you raise as much money for both the churches and the trust.

 

On the other hand if you are not participating you can sponsor others instead. There will be a sponsorship form at the back of church.

You can then make your donation to the trust by going to their website, clicking the ‘Make a Donation’ button and following the Just Giving instructions. But make sure to add your name and church in the Message box at the end

 

Or alternatively send a cheque to the parish office with your name and if you can add GiftAid.
