Love in the Moonlight - Classical Concert

Welcome in the summer moonlight with a selection of beautiful evening songs, performed by two young opera singers, Andrew Davies and Lydia Jane Haynes. The evening includes English songs from Purcell to Britten, opera arias from The Marriage of Figaro to Carmen, and Rodgers & Hammerstein classics.

About the event
Lydia Haynes (mezzo-soprano) and Andrew Davies (baritone) will be accompanied by Martin Hall (piano) for an evening of classic music songs and arias to welcome in the moonlight with love in the summer evening air.
Lydia Jane Haynes is a young Mezzo-Soprano based in London. Currently under the tutelage of Sally Burgess, Lydia has performed under the baton of Simon Rattle and Marin Alsop, and performed in the Glyndebourne Academy Opera Training programme 2017.
